The breakfast at this place was to die for! So many options to choose from and everything was delicious. I also loved that they offered free bikes for guests to use. It made getting around so easy and convenient. the location was perfect. It was close to all the main attractions, just a short ride away. it was a great experience.
One thing that bothered me was the awkwardly positioned shower. It was placed really high up on the wall and couldn't be adjusted, which made it difficult to take a comfortable shower.

I recently stayed at Red Ceramics Homestay in Hoi An for three nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with a map and helpful information about the town. The owner, Dung, treated us like family and even took us out to try traditional Vietnamese food with her family. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short bike ride away from the ancient city and close to street food options. I will definitely be recommending this homestay to anyone visiting Hoi An.
I can recommend this homestay.

The value for money at Red Ceramics Homestay was great, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, situated between the city center and the beach. The staff were welcoming and treated us like family.
The breakfast menu could have been improved by offering more filling options or including drinks.

The breakfast at this homestay blew our mind! It was absolutely mind-blowing and super delicious with a fantastic variety, including omelette and baguette, Pho, cau lao, and more. The rooms were lovely, with big beds and impeccable cleanliness. The mini fridge and free toiletries were a great touch, and the AC kept us comfortable in the spacious room. We were pleasantly surprised by the 2 spare thicker blankets provided in case we got cold. The owner went above and beyond by offering us a free lift from the bus stop on both arrival and departure. We felt secure with the extra security at night, but also appreciated the freedom to come and go as we pleased. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're interested, they even offer tours. The host, Toni, was amazing and always ready to assist us. The amenities were all in great condition, and we loved that we could rent bikes and scooters for free. The wifi was strong, allowing us to freely watch movies. The location was perfect, as it was away from the hustle of the main streets. With a bike, it only took us 20 minutes to reach the beach, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby villages and rice paddies. The rooms were well-equipped with towels, toilet paper, and even toothpaste. And to top it off, they had cold water available for purchase at the lowest price in the city. The hosts, Yum and Ling, were the epitome of hospitality. From the warm welcome and lunch invitation to the scooter lift to town, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection of both western and Asian food, and the free bikes allowed us to explore the area easily. The homestay was situated in a beautiful, clean, and peaceful neighborhood. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. The rooms may be basic, but they were clean and comfortable. It's a 15-minute walk to town, but the free bikes made it convenient. Lastly, Toni was an exceptional host and extremely helpful. We would definitely come back!
